To enter, people must present a negative swab by PCR technique (performed a maximum of 72 hours prior to travel) and serve 7 days of quarantine in Uruguay. After that time has elapsed and with a second negative swab, they can circulate freely.

3) As of October 19, people traveling to Chile from abroad will not have to go through quarantine upon arrival. They will only be required to undergo a PCR test (valid by the authorities of the country of origin) performed 72 hours before entering Chile.
